It is official! The next collaboration for the Swedish retailer will be with the French fashion house. H&M confirmed that rumors of a collaboration with Maison Martin Margiela are true, and said that a collection of accessories and ready-to-wear for men and women will be sold in H&M stores around the world and online starting Nov. 15.<\/div>\n

“Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most important and influential fashion houses of the past three decades,” said H&M creative advisor Margareta van den Bosch. “I am so excited by this radical collaboration, which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will be a great and memorable fashion moment.”<\/div>\n
The French fashion house, which always speaks in the collective “we,” issued a statement saying, “The democracy of our fashion has always been at the center of our creativity, and the collaboration with H&M allows us to push this instinct further. We will bring together the contrasting universes of the two houses in ways that will surprise all.”<\/div>\n
